outside of work revolves around family, hockey, and the outdoors. He coaches youth hockey,
plays in a Sunday night league, and enjoys summers at Ossipee Lake boating and camping with his family. Whether it’s on the job or off the grid, Jason brings energy, heart, and commitment to everything he does.

Julie CarnesOwner & Customer Relations
Julie has been with J. Carnes & Son Roofing from the very beginning—partnering with her
husband, Jason Carnes, to help turn a one-man operation into one of the Seacoast’s largest
and most trusted roofing companies. With nearly two decades of experience, Julie leads
marketing and customer relations, ensuring the company’s reputation for craftsmanship and
care is reflected in every interaction.
Originally a full-time hairstylist, Julie began supporting the business by visiting job sites,
capturing project photos, and building strong personal connections with clients. Over time,
her role evolved into a cornerstone of the company’s growth. She now manages brand
direction, customer communication, and content creation, all while keeping the team aligned
with the values J. Carnes & Son Roofing was built on—family, honesty, and hard work.
Born in Lynn, MA and now living in Hampton Falls, Julie is a proud mom of three boys—Cam,
Jax, and Cole—and wife to Jason. Their busy home is also shared with their dog Kira and cats
Pebbles and Rocky. Life is full of hockey games, weekends at Ossipee Lake, and creative side
projects. Whether she’s behind the scenes or front and center, Julie is driven by passion,
purpose, and building something meaningful with the people she loves most.

find the right roofing and siding solutions with a focus on trust, value, and long-term results.
He thrives on helping people, building relationships, and embracing the camaraderie and
competitive spirit that makes sales both rewarding and fun.
Originally from Melrose, MA, Jonathan now spends much of his free time outdoors—hiking
the White Mountains or biking whenever he can. He’s a beach guy at heart, with favorite spots
in Plum Island and Venice, Florida, and loves time with family above all else. His favorite color
is green, and much like his outlook on life, he brings energy, positivity, and synergy to
everything he does.

Glenn RobertsGutter Division Project Manager

project and product management—from design to presentation to installation. He thrives on
building relationships with customers and takes pride in solving their problems with smart,
tailored solutions. For Glenn, it’s all about connection and craftsmanship—and he credits the
people around him for making the work truly meaningful.
Born in Manchester, NH, Glenn returned to his home state in 1999 after time in Massachusetts
to raise a family. He and his wife have two grown sons and are now enjoying the next chapter:
traveling, spending time with friends, and making the most of the outdoors. Whether he’s
hiking, skiing, or golfing, Glenn brings energy and authenticity to everything he does—both on
and off the job.

Christine Faulkner
Customer Service & Invoicing
Christine joined J. Carnes & Son Roofing in 2023 and quickly became a welcoming voice for our
customers. She handles customer service and invoicing with a smile—and genuinely enjoys
getting to know the people we serve. Whether it’s a quick call or a detailed conversation,
Christine brings warmth, humor, and professionalism to every interaction.
Originally from Sandown, NH, Christine is all about family, good food, and sunshine. She loves
to cook, eat, and run (mostly because of the cooking and eating), and still laughs about the
time she thought Route 121A was the highway. A fan of road trips, local hangouts like Locals
and Gibbs, and cheering on the Bruins, Patriots, Giants, and Mets—Christine brings high
energy and positivity to the team every day.

Jill Gardner
Customer Experience Coordinator
As the friendly voice at the front desk, Jill is often the first point of contact for our customers
—and she takes that role seriously. Since joining J. Carnes & Son Roofing in 2022, she’s helped
guide countless homeowners through the process, often by sending real job site addresses so
they can see our shingle options "in action." Her favorite part? Being able to confidently
reassure customers that they’re in good hands, thanks to a team that values honesty,
transparency, and follow-through.
Born and raised on the Seacoast, Jill recently got married and blended her life with five kids,
three grandsons, and a four-legged toddler. She’s a proud Navy mom (with another on the
way), a recovering hockey chauffeur, and a laundry perfectionist who actually enjoys folding.
These days, she’s rediscovering her own hobbies—like cooking when it’s optional and riding
motorcycles with her husband. The barn at home is her happy place, but Aruba is at the top of
her bucket list.

Josh Verity
Project Manager & Crew Support
Josh plays a key role in keeping our jobs running smoothly—bridging communication between
crews and customers, managing site logistics, and ensuring every project meets our high
standards. With a sharp eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset, he helps deliver a
seamless experience from start to finish.
Born in Exeter and raised in Hampton, NH, Josh is a proud father of three daughters, a fiancé,
two dogs, and four tortoises—yes, four. When he's not on a roof, you'll find him kayaking,
hiking, playing disc golf, or cooking up something unexpected. A big Patriots fan with a passion
for mixed martial arts and live music, Josh brings energy and dedication to everything he does—on the job and off.

Jennifer Ralph
General Manager
Jennifer brings a sharp focus to every aspect of operations and team leadership, ensuring that
J. Carnes & Son Roofing stays aligned with its vision, goals, and high standards. Though new to
the team, she’s already made a strong impact—valuing collaboration and the satisfaction of
seeing complex projects come together through great teamwork.
Originally from Erie, Pennsylvania, Jennifer spends her time outside of work on her farm,
riding horses and training wild mustangs to prepare them for adoption. She’s also a student of
Tang Soo Do and finds balance through discipline, nature, and meaningful work—both in the
field and in the office.

Shannon Coffey
Production Coordinator & CRM Specialist
Since 2019, Shannon has been the powerhouse behind scheduling crews, coordinating
materials, and keeping communication flowing between sales and production. She’s our go-to
CRM guru and in-house tech support—basically, if it needs organizing or troubleshooting,
Shannon’s on it.
Outside the office, she’s a proud boy mom (even the dog’s a boy) navigating the chaos of life
with sons 13 years apart. Raised in Newbury, MA, Shannon’s favorite childhood memories are
of wild Vermont summers in “The Whacky Shack,” camping in the woods, showering in rivers,
and learning to drive in a field. Today, you’ll still find her happiest outside—soaking up the sun
at a lake or campsite, making new memories with her crew.

Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Jade is now a proud husband, father of two, and full-time sports dad. He enjoys golfing, mountain biking, and spending weekends at the motocross track or hockey rink supporting his kids. He’s also a former nationally ranked BMX champion who represented South Africa in multiple World Championships — a fact most people would never guess. A fan of the Patriots, Bruins, and Formula 1 racing, Jade balances professionalism on the job with high energy and enthusiasm off the clock.

Kris Thurlow
Project Manager
Kris brings a strong work ethic and a passion for teamwork to his role at J. Carnes & Son Roofing. He thrives on working outside, supporting crews, and helping customers feel confident in the work being done on their homes. Known for his reliability and communication, Kris believes what sets the company apart is its commitment to quality and the strength of the team behind every job.
Originally from a large family—his dad one of 13 and mom one of 12—Kris is a proud father of three: Kaden, Kolton, and Kynslee. He’s been married to his wife Ashlee for 12 years and shares life with their mixed-breed dog, Roxie. When he’s not managing projects, you’ll find him at the ballfield, soccer pitch, or basketball court cheering on his kids. Kris also enjoys camping, golfing, playing guitar, and fishing. He’s a lifelong fan of the Patriots, Red Sox, and Bruins, and he and his family love vacationing anywhere warm.

Robert Rivera
Project Manager
Robert takes pride in making sure every customer receives a quality, long-lasting roof—and he treats every job like it’s his own home. With a strong commitment to doing things right the first time, Robert embodies the core values of J. Carnes & Son Roofing: craftsmanship, integrity, and customer-first service. He’s proud to be part of a company that puts quality above all else.
Originally from the Bronx and raised in Fishkill, NY, Robert comes from Italian and Spaniard roots. He’s been married to his wife for 14 years and is a proud father of four amazing kids. When he’s not on a roof, you’ll likely find him hunting, fishing, or hiking with his family and their dogs. Few people know that Robert was once a high-level boxing champion—he won the NY State Golden Gloves, was the Florida State PAL Champion, and even competed in a tournament to qualify for the Olympics representing the U.S.
Though he now calls New England home, Robert stays loyal to his teams—Yankees and Giants all the way (yes, even here!). He loves vacationing in the Florida Keys but feels most at peace in the quiet of the woods, surrounded by nature.

Kenny Clement
BinPro Supervisor
Kenny has been a key part of the J. Carnes & Son Roofing team since 2000, and officially celebrates 5 years in his current role as BinPro Supervisor. He’s responsible for coordinating all daily dumpster deliveries and pick-ups for both roofing projects and rentals, while also ensuring that company trucks are properly maintained and serviced. While logistics and maintenance are his focus, what Kenny enjoys most about his job is the people he works with every day.
What sets J. Carnes apart in Kenny’s eyes is simple: the team. From ownership to management to field crews, he believes everyone is aligned in delivering the best possible service and quality. With the right training, tools, and support, every team member is empowered to succeed—and it shows in the company’s attention to detail on every level.
Originally from Lynn, MA, Kenny has called Hampton, NH home for the past 25 years. He’s been happily married for nearly 20 years and is a proud father of two: a son currently serving in the U.S. Coast Guard, and a daughter graduating high school this year with plans for either culinary arts or graphic design. When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him camping, fishing, or working around the house and garden. And while his music taste ranges from Metallica to Air Supply, his sports loyalty is all New England—Patriots, Bruins, Red Sox, and Celtics all the way.

Jorge Robles-Ramirez
Warehouse Manager / Runner
Jorge has been a trusted part of the J. Carnes & Son Roofing team for over 11 years, helping ensure that every job starts and ends with the right materials in the right place. As our Warehouse Manager and Runner, he plays a vital role in keeping operations organized, material deliveries on schedule, and crews properly supported in the field.
Originally from Lynn, MA, Jorge is a proud husband and father of four. When he’s not keeping the shop and field in sync, he enjoys playing soccer and spending quality time with his family. A fun fact about Jorge—he didn’t speak English until his sophomore year of high school, when he taught himself to speak and read it fluently.
He’s a die-hard fan of FC Barcelona, Argentina, the Patriots, and the Dodgers, and if there’s ever time for a break, his favorite place to be is Guatemala. Jorge values the communication, leadership, and team atmosphere at J Carnes & Son Roofing, and takes pride in being part of a company that feels like family

When he's not behind the wheel for work, he’s building or riding something with two wheels and a motor, especially downhill mountain bikes. He spends his downtime camping, hiking, and exploring music festivals with his fiancé and their dog. Equal parts outdoorsman and free spirit, Tyler is all about flow arts, tie-dye, and coffee shop hangs—especially at Crackskulls in Newmarket, his favorite local spot.
