I highly recommend the J Carnes team for doing an exceptional installation of our new roof! From the design ideas, to the preparation, and finally to the install days, I felt total confidence in their ability to do the job correctly and professionally. They prepared us for what to expect, how to get the property ready, and the on site project manager Kris was fantastic and communicated really well on project status. What a wonderful experience with J.Carnes Roofing. Starting with the sales rep Jade, the office girls and the work crew headed up by George it was top notch. I had my entire roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the work. The team did a great job and showed up ready to work even in cold weather conditions. After 5 evaluations and estimates, we chose J Carnes for replacing our 20+ old shingle roof with a standing seam metal roof. Our roof is anything but straight forward, with lots of difficult angles and pitches. I doubt the crew ever wants to see our roof again, but luckily they shouldn’t have to because it looks better than we hoped! We’ve never been so excited for snow! Friday June 30th, after a week of rain & extreme hot weather, Josh Verity, Project Manager & crew of 6 from Ecuador came to remove old roof (with some double shingles) and install  a new roof with solar fan. They did a fantastic job & I especially want to praise Josh for helping me make some on site decisions, and making the whole process proceed smoothly.  Great job from start to finish from Jason Lewis’s first  visit and drone photographs, to selecting best shingles for the job. My old roof was in serious need of replacement as many of the shingles were missing. The whole process with J. carnes was a pleasure from start to finish. I appreciated the professional approach to both myself and the job at hand. Having a drone take pics of both before and after gave me as the homeowner a unique perspective on both the job before and after completion. Communication throughout the project was great and all work was carried out in an efficient and professional manner. I woke up on a Saturday morning to find several shingles scattered around my property. I quickly inspected my rear roof and found a huge patch of missing shingles.  I called ten roofing companies in the area. I received call back from three and only one answered the initial call, Caron Roofing and Construction.  Justin was already busy with other weekend work, but made time for my call and sensed the urgency of my situation.  He offered help with tarping or replacement. We agreed replacement made the most sense and scheduled the work for Monday!  The crew of fifteen should up and made short work of my job. They were very carefull with the demo and clean up! I was very impressed with their skill and manner in which they worked as a team with everyone doing their part.  They completed the work in one day and the roof looks great! I was so relived the work was completed and even more satisfied knowing the high quality shingles were used at a very fair rate. Much better than the other roofers offered! We had J. Carnes & Son Roofing replace the roof on our barn, which was originally built in 1890. We could not be more pleased with the outcome! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. Jade looked over and specked out the whole project. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us from the start, and kept in contact throughout the whole process. Ken, the project manager, ensured that the project ran smoothly, and we were always kept in the loop. The team removed multiple layers of shingles, replaced all the plywood, some barn boards, and even several rafters — it’s like we have a brand new barn! The customer service was outstanding, from our very first call! Jill & Christine in the office were very responsive, friendly, and always available to answer any questions. With those two awesome ladies in the office, they tag teamed the behind the scenes efforts for this project, making us feel more like family. If I am being honest, their work and communications were a great contributing factor into choosing to work with J. Carnes & Son, let alone the companies excellent reputation in the industry with hundreds of glowing reviews. The entire crew worked diligently and paid great attention to detail, delivering a high-quality result. I highly recommend J. Carnes &  Son Roofing for any roofing needs. J. Carnes&Sons With Johnatan’s  bidding of the job  and his complete supervision (always on site) did an outstanding job with my 40x60 barn reroof which required three layers of shingles stripping and 1/2 inch plywood over lay of the whole roof with new GAF shingles ! They also replaced the soffits and rake boards which Manie and his crew did an outstanding job with. Manie and his crew know how to work hard and efficiently! over all excellent experience which was completed in two days. They are recommended without reservations. Incredible experience! Jade was not only a fabulous sales person, but he genuinely cared about the process and experience that we had as his customers. His follow up, and the follow up from everyone at the company was terrific! Attention to detail from start to finish was simply the best! Forever grateful to J.Carnes & Son. They did a phenomenal repair job to a badly botched Skylight replacement from an Angi contractor (who abandoned the repair to make it right). Right from the first call Jill was really responsive and quickly got their Estimator Jason to assess the situation.  They were able to move pretty quickly to fit my timeline and sent an installer team ( the Raimondo Crew - 5 wonderful installers). That showed me the issues.  I was amazed at these young mens ability and their in sync team work to efficiently correctly secure the skylights, put water/ice membrane ( that was never installed completely) flashing the windows correctly and replacing with new shingles.  This team of installers had in sync team work like I've not seen before.  They were friendly and extremely professional leaving  the job buttoned up nicely.  I will post pics of before and after.  The existing shingles were discontinued and presented a minor cosmetic issue  that was unavoidable but it was now properly repaired. I would recommend this Company to anyone needing roofing.  From the start of the process to completion i was satisfied with everyone. Special Thanks to Jill, Jason, Jennifer, Amelio, Angel, Alex and 2 other installers that i could not recall names. J.Carnes did an amazing job, not just on the installation of our new roof, but on educating us about our options and making sure they properly scoped our project from the start. We have had some bad experiences with contractors in the past, so it was important to my wife and I to find a company that we trusted to do the work. We had 5 different companies quote our roofing project, and we looked at everything from asphalt to metal roofs. J.Carnes did the most thorough walk through before providing a quote. When it came to deciding on colors and options, they were very patient, and walked us through each step, sharing pictures of other jobs and what we could expect. The day of our project went of without a hitch. The crews showed up on time and got straight to work removing the old roof. The Project Manager checked in with me several times during the day to make sure we were happy, and to provide an update on the job status. The attention to detail and clean up was unbelievable.  It’s so nice to have a job finished and you can’t tell they were there.
